Here’s a couple of tips:

Answer the ‘W.I.I.F.M.’—What’s In It For Me- very clearly.
Adapt the message to suit each communication channel
(Don’t put a fine print ad on a digital board on the sidewalk!)
Be true. Be real.
With the offer or brand message.
Have it supported by employees and their daily work stories.
